BodyRock.TV is one of my favorite websites to get workouts from. I mainly do body weight workouts and they have some really good ones! Most of their workouts are under 30 minutes and are intense.
This is the one I did this morning and it sucked! In a good way! Instead of the jump rope i did high knees (thats 900 high knees i just realized! holy crap!) If you do the high knees make sure to keep those knees up high, you tend to let them drop after awhile. There were a few things that i had to break up a little into 30 and 30 with a short rest in between. If you try this workout just push through even if you have to take rests and break up the reps, do all of them!! Don’t cheat yourself, do the work if you want the results! 🙂
